Fundamental rights and the pandemic, the first jurisprudence database is online

Thanks to UniTrento and WHO, the "COVID-19 Litigation Project," the first open-access database to help judges around the world make quick decisions and international feedback on the legitimacy of government decisions, comes to life. The challenge: balancing fundamental rights and freedoms. The database will be presented tomorrow at the ongoing WHO conference online and in attendance in Geneva.
