A group of people, whose health has been allegedly harmed by adverse effects of vaccine inoculated by health authorities for different diseases, including COVID-19, tried to file a complaint against the national government before the Intermediate People’s Court in Beijing, but the court refused to accept the lawsuit.
One of the claimants stated that it was meant as a last recourse solution after failing to obtain satisfaction through the administrative channels for petitioning. However, the Court refused to accept the claim.
