On 18 July 2022, the Contentious-Administrative Chamber of the High Court of Justice of Asturias has declared the nullity of mandatory screening and diagnostic tests for care homes professionals, people admitted to the care homes, those for outings, and for the isolation of residents.
The Court upheld the appeal filed by an associative group against the Asturian government’s measures in the field of social services. The judgment is not available yet.
