On 8 January 2022 the Italian first instance administrative court of Piemonte suspended the local health authority's order preventing the team Torino FC to play a football game (case n° 00016/2022).
The local authority had confined not only the 8 players, who tested positive, but all team's members, for whom the law provides less restrictive measures including a self-surveillance regime. The health authority's decision would have prevented the team to play. Thanks to the Court order, the team has been able to play the game.
