As the coordinating institution it is in charge of the scientific, administrative and operational management of the Covid-19 Litigation Project.
The research team is primarily responsible for following the existing litigation in the WHO European region, with particular reference to Italy, Southeast Europe and Israel; Portugal, Spain, Russia, Ukraine and Belarus, Baltic area, Eastern Europe and Balkans; Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, Scandinavian countries, Luxembourg and Denmark; UK, Ireland, Malta, as well as the case law arising from the EU Court of Justice and the European Court of Human Rights case law.
Universidad Externado de Colombia
It is responsible for coordinating the monitoring, collection and drafting of case summaries concerning the following jurisdictions: Ecuador, Costa Rica, Colombia, Chile, Perú, Brazil, Guatemala, Argentina, México, Paraguay, Panamá, Honduras, Uruguay, Bolivia, República Dominicana.
The research team is coordinated by Ass. Professor Natalia Rueda.

National University of Singapore – NUS
It is in charge of managing the collection and analysis of relevant case-law from Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand, PRC, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao.
The reference coordinator is Professor Damian John Chalmers, Vice Dean of the NUS Law School.
